Parttime, 24-32 hours per week

Bookkeeper/ Financial Administrative Assistant

Your Bookkeeper job

Our ideal Bookkeeper candidate is familiar with accounting software packages, and can show prior experience as a bookkeeper or Accountant. You are responsible for financial administration on a daily basis. You take care of entering invoices, register and enter purchasing invoices, prepare payments, send debtor reminders and check where necessary and also taking care of VAT / sales tax return. You work together with your direct supervisor (CFO) and also report to her.
Working at Plauti is working for an international, familiar company. Globally becoming more successful, but in terms of colleagues and atmosphere still a relatively small company. Within this company teamwork are the standard, you will easily feel at home!
You will work with the following software packages: Reeleezee & Chargebee.

What we expect

  • Manage financial administration;
  • Entering incoming invoices and preparing them for payment;
  • Importing and processing bank mutations;
  • Monthly reconciliations and checks for the monthly closing;
  • Controlling turnover;
  • Preparing VAT return;
  • Debtor management;
  • Creditor management;
  • Handling financial customer questions
