Your Product Owner Job

Role Overview
At Plauti, we're seeking a Product Owner to join our team and help elevate our SaaS solution to the next level. As pioneers in our field, we require someone who is energetic, ambitious, and ready to contribute to building something great. Responsibilities
- Act as a bridge between strategic business goals and their technical implementation, charting the path forward and facilitating execution;
- Engage with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders across different business areas and geographical regions, fostering a user-centric development approach;
- Review new information and data, including business requirements, to refine the product roadmap and prioritize tasks accordingly;
- Assist in maintaining roadmaps, backlogs, and planning processes, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities;
- Translate the roadmap into actionable user requirements, user stories, wireframes and/or high fidelity prototypes based on UI/UX principles, facilitating them to the development team for refinement;
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure the successful execution of user stories and features;
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in product ownership and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies.

This is a hybrid role where we expect you to join everyone at the office a few times per week, however we see that most team members come more days just because the atmosphere is so good. We value a good work-life balance, so there is also time for a little talk or a videogame in our game room.

What we expect
- An Applied Sciences / Bachelor's degree; Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field would be preferred;
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to reason, negotiate, and build consensus;
- Excellent organizational, planning, tracking and reporting skills;
- Technical knowledge relating to software development, architecture, APIs and data would be ideal;
- Able to work proactively and in an organized manner, while paying attention to detail;
- Enthusiastic and energetic with a passion for hitting the ground running;
- Broad professional curiosity and ability to quickly understand and adapt to different business needs;
- Affinity with UI & UX principles;
- Affinity with creating prototypes, and wireframes in applications like Sketch, Figma;
- Experience with Salesforce or Salesforce certification would greatly enhance your candidacy.
