  1. Plauti Data Management Release Summer '25 Maintenance

  2. Plauti Data Management Release Spring '25 Features

    New

    Plauti is rebranding! The different Plauti apps have been renamed, and can be found under their new name in the Salesforce App Launcher. Read more here.
    For now both the old and new apps are still available, but from the 2025R4 release only the new apps can be used. So add them to your favorites!
    The Plauti Data Management app itself has not changed apart from its logo and interface design. After the 2025R4 release you can still use the same PDM app as you always have.

    Items added

    • Add the new Plauti apps to your list of favorite Salesforce apps to use instead of the previous apps.
    • If you are not using the app permission sets, assign the new apps to the applicable profiles or permission sets. Read more in the app release notes listed above.

  4. Plauti Data Management Release Spring '25 Maintenance

    New

    • PDO - Plauti Data Orchestration for Salesforce, or PDO for short, combines the strengths of Plauti's Salesforce apps in one flow. Use one of the templates in the PDO package to set up a flow that combines features of DAP, DC, RV and SRR:
    • Trigger the flow with a Direct Action when a Lead is created
    • Let RV validate the Lead's address details
    • Let DC check for duplicate Contact, Account, or Lead records and merge or convert if applicable
    • If no duplicates are found, let SRR assign the Lead
    • Keep users informed with email or in-app notifications
      All fully automated and daisy-chained. Read more here.
    • General - When opening PDM for the first time, you will be greeted by a Getting Started modal. Even if you are already using PDM and its apps, it might be interesting to check out this introduction to the different Plauti apps. Or use it to install the apps you currently do not have yet in your Org.
      After closing, the modal can be accessed by clicking ‘Getting Started with Plauti Data Management’ on the PDM home page.

    Release Summer '24 Features, August 5, 2024

    • PDM Dashboard - Find Data Action Platform analytics data on the PDM Dashboard, such as Recent DAP Jobs, DAP Actions Used, and more.

    • PDM Menu - Access DAP information such as DAP Jobs, DAP Setup, and DAP documentation via the left-hand menu options.
