Plauti Context is now Plauti Monitor

Plauti Context has been renamed to Plauti Monitor. Apart from the new features described in the Release Notes, the functionality of the Salesforce app stays the same; only the name has changed.

What has changed

The rename was applied automatically. Labels in the app now say Plauti Monitor instead of Plauti Context, including the app name, tabs, permission sets, and menu options. For example, the Plauti Context Admin permission set is now the Plauti Monitor Admin permission set.

The API names have not changed, so your existing configurations, automations, and integrations will continue to work as before. Your Object Configuration and job results are not affected either.

Old names still shown

In some cases you may still see the old name. Please try the following:

• Clear your cache: Delete your browser history and cache to remove references to the old name.
• Rename the app in the App Builder: If the app is still called Plauti Context in the App Launcher, you can change its name manually:
  1. Go to Setup > App Manager.
  2. Find Plauti Context in the list, click the dropdown arrow at the end of its row, and click Edit.
  3. In App Details & Branding, change the App Name to Plauti Monitor.
  4. Click Save.
