How to uninstall Plauti Verify

1 Revert to the default 'New' and 'Edit' buttons

Salesforce does not allow you to uninstall until you stop overriding the 'New' and 'Edit' buttons in your Objects to Verify Entry.

Revert to the default 'New' button.

  1. Navigate to the Salesforce Setup.
  2. Navigate to Object Manager.
  3. Find your Object in the list view and access it.
  4. Navigate to Buttons, Links and Actions.
  5. Find the 'New' button and click 'Edit'.
  6. At 'Override With', select 'No Override'.
  7. Click Save.

Revert to the default 'Edit' button.

  1. Find the 'Edit' button and click 'Edit'.
  2. At 'Override With', select 'No Override'.
  3. Click Save.

Repeat these steps to make sure you have reverted all 'New' and 'Edit' buttons in your Objects before uninstalling Plauti Verify.

2 Uninstall Plauti Verify

  1. Navigate to the Salesforce Setup.
  2. Navigate to Installed Packages.
  3. At 'Plauti Verify', click 'Uninstall'.
  4. At the bottom of the page, confirm and click 'Uninstall' again.
  5. Plauti Verify is now being uninstalled.
