Job results state result fields not configured

Problem:

  • When I open the results of a Duplicate Check job, I don't see any record fields
  • When I open the results of a Duplicate Check Cross-Entity job, I don't see any record fields for the match entity, even though I have configured the entity's Result Fields For Jobs. The match entity section states "This view is empty since no "result fields" are set for this Entity."

Answer:

  • To see record fields in job results, the Result Fields For Duplicate Jobs need to be configured first.
    1. In the Plauti Deduplicate app, go to Manage Entities > select the entity > Manage > tab <Entity> Settings
    2. At Result Fields - Duplicate Check Job Results, click Edit and configure the record fields you want to display.
    3. Save and Publish.
  • For Cross-Entity job results, configure this at the Lead Entity > tab Lead Settings.
    1. At Account Result Fields - Duplicate Check Job Results, and/or Contact Result Fields - Duplicate Check Job Results, click Edit and configure the record fields you want to display.
    2. Save and Publish
