Server errors and their meaning

Last published at: October 7th, 2025

Below are listed a couple of common server errors and their explanation.

Error message:

ERROR [MailerService] Transporter is ready

Explanation:

This error is from an external service, which is not really an error, more that this service used an incorrect login method to state that it’s ready to use.

There is no impact from this error.

Error message:

ERROR [CustomExceptionsFilter] UnauthorizedException: Unauthorized

Explanation:

This error usually occurs when a users session has expired. To resolve this, simply sign in again using Salesforce or Microsoft.

The occurrence of this error can be reduced by increasing the JWT_LIFETIME and JWT_REFRESH_LIFETIME environment settings in the env.properties.
For safety and security reasons these were set to 1h and 1d by default in order to prevent unauthorized access after prolonged periods of usage.

Error message:

ERROR [GetCurrentJobsHandler] Request failed with status code 400

Explanation:

Whenever Plauti Server fetches jobs from Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce, and this service returns a response with status code 400, the request was marked as ‘bad’ meaning something went wrong with either the user's connection or on the Plauti Server side.

To solve, reconnect (either refresh the Jobs overview within the Plauti Server app, or delete and recreate the Connection there) to fetch jobs again.

Error message:

WARN [AppController]
---
We detected that there is an older version of DCLocal Server on this system.
Found at: ‘/Applications/Duplicate Check Server’
We advise to remove this older application as it may cause unexpected behaviour.
See more at: https://go.plauti.com/uninstall-legacy-dclocal-server/
---

Explanation:

Plauti Server detected an old instance of DC Local Server. Please remove the old DC Local Server instance, as it may cause conflicts while running jobs in both regular and auto start mode.
