Review an Object in the Monitor Library

To review an Object's metadata and quality scores, open the Object from the Monitor Library's Home page: via the Library Index section, or via the Assets section in the left-hand menu. Both lead to the same Object page.

The Object page shows the Object’s metadata, its fields, and the quality scores from its analysis results. At the top right, the Data Quality Score shows the overall score for the Object and how it compares to the previous score.

Metadata

The Metadata tab displays the metadata of an Object, such as its API Name, Number of Fields, Record Count, and Record Type Count, as well as a Field Types chart with the number of fields per field type.
Monitor Admins will see the Go to Object Manager button at right, which leads them directly to the Object in the Salesforce Setup Object Manager. After making changes to the Object there, such as updating field metadata or adding or deleting a field, make sure to return to Plauti Monitor and click Refresh Metadata in the Monitor Library, or in Monitor Setup > Object Configuration.

The Fields section shows all fields of the Object, along with their data type, and quality score if analysis was enabled. Click Open to open a field and review its Field Metadata.

Quality Trends

On the Quality Trends tab you'll find the object's current and previous overall quality scores of the last 30 days, captured in a Data Quality Score graph. The blue line shows the quality trend line. A red dashed line indicates where scoring weights changed: points on either side aren’t directly comparable.

Next to the graph, the Latest Job info widget for this Object is displayed. Note that the Latest Job can also be an Ad Hoc job run from the Monitor Job page, the results of which are not recorded here in the Monitor Library.
Monitor Admins can click Start Job to start a Configured job here, to analyze the Object and save the results in the Library.

Fields on the Quality Trends tab

The Fields section on the Quality Trends tab shows all fields of the object, along with their Previous and Current quality score if analysis was enabled, and the Trend if the quality scores differ.
To further review a field's analysis results and quality trends, switch back to the Metadata tab, and click Open at a field to review it. See Review a Field in the Monitor Library.

If the 'Current' column is empty for a certain field, it means that Quality Scoring was not yet configured for that field, or it wasn't analyzed yet. Have a Plauti Monitor Administrator configure Quality Scoring for the field, and then run a Configured Job via the Monitor Setup or Monitor Library page to analyze the object.
