Monitor Job Results

Accessing Monitor Job Results

The data analysis details of a configured job can be reached via the "Latest Job" section in Monitor Setup or Monitor Library. The details of all jobs can be reached via the Monitor Jobs page. The job results will open on a new page.

To open the results of a configured job that ran last overall:

1. Go to the Monitor Setup or Monitor Library page.
2. In the "Latest Job" widget, click Open.

To open the results of a configured job that ran last for a specific entity:

1. Go to the Monitor Library page.
2. Open an entity in the Library Index section.
3. In the "Latest Job" widget of an entity page, click Open.

To open the results of any job:

1. Go to the Monitor Jobs page.
2. Find the job you want to review the analysis details of.
3. At the right of the job, click View Results.

The job results will open on a new page.

The Job Results

At the top the job's details are displayed, such as the entity, whether it was an Ad Hoc or a Configured job, its status, and the user who started the job.

Below, all Analysis Types that were included in the job are displayed as separate cards. Fold open each Analysis Type card to see its analysis result details.

Relevant results are displayed in a graph, for example a distribution donut chart. The full results are shown below in a table. Select more or less field detail lines to display in the graph above.
