Create a Monitor Job for use in the Library

Create and run configured Monitor Jobs to analyze your data per entity, to record in the Monitor Library. This type of Monitor Job uses the configuration as set in Entity Analysis Configuration.

To run a standalone analysis job, for example to only run one or two Analysis Types on a few fields, which will not affect the Monitor Library, run an Ad Hoc Job instead.

To run any Monitor Job, you need to have the Plauti Admin role. Furthermore, all job calculations respect Dynamics 365 security roles.

Running a configured job

To create a Monitor Job for use in the Monitor Library:

1. In Plauti Monitor, go to

   • Monitor Setup > Configured Entities section > find the entity to analyze

     Or

   • Monitor Library tab > open the entity to analyze > Latest Job section

2. Click Start Job.

   The job status will change to 'Running', and then 'Finished'.

3. Click Open to view the results.

4. The Job Results page opens. The job you just ran is displayed, titled "<Entity> Configured Job," indicating that it ran according to the entity's configuration and that its results are stored in the Monitor Library.
   All ran Analysis Types are displayed in a folded state, with a short summary line.
