Plauti keeps Salesforce and Dynamics data clean and trustworthy — an unglamorous problem that a surprisingly passionate RevOps and admin crowd will happily talk your ear off about. Our demand gen fundamentals are solid; now we want an experimentation engine bolted on top and more of our growth machinery brought in-house, so we are looking for a As Demand Generation Manager.

This is a full-funnel, hands-on role for someone who thinks in hypotheses and treats “we’ve always done it this way” as a personal insult. You’ll own demand generation end-to-end — paid, email and automation, measurement, and conversion optimization. Paid currently runs through a contractor; the plan is for you to take it in-house over time, so you get to build the channel rather than babysit someone else’s.

On the practical side: this is a hybrid role, and we’d love to see you at the office a few times a week. Demand Generation Manager

Responsibilities


As a Demand Generation Manager, you'll focus on:

Experimentation and optimization (the fun part, and the whole point)

  • Run a structured, hypothesis-driven testing program across every channel, using AI to test more, faster;
  • Spot the opportunity, form the hypothesis, launch the test, watch the number move, report back with a prioritized proposal;
  • Build new capture mechanisms — lead magnets, landing pages, forms — and test variants quickly.

Measurement you actually act on

  • Own and spec the measurement setup — GA4, Google Tag Manager, server-side tracking — writing clear specs and directing our implementation contractor;
  • Measure every campaign and report honestly on what’s working and what isn’t;
  • Use AI to speed up analysis, and back every recommendation with evidence — not vibes.

Paid campaigns

  • Plan and run paid across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, ChatGPT Ads, and paid social;
  • Write ad copy that converts — and know exactly why it does;
  • Direct the contractor from day one and take paid fully in-house as spend grows;
  • Treat wasted ad spend as a personal grievance.

Email marketing & marketing automation

  • Own email automations and nurture flows end-to-end, turning a half-built setup into yours;
  • Use AI to draft, personalize, and test at scale;
  • Segment and personalize by default, never as an afterthought.

What we’re looking for

  • 3 - 5+ years in a B2B (ideally SaaS) demand gen, growth, or performance marketing
  • A real experimentation/CRO track record - including tests yo killed, not just the ones you brag about
  • Strong GA4 and Google Tag Manager skills, plus enough server-side tracking know-how, to direct implementation
  • Hands-on paid capability (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Paid Social) - you can run it yourself and ideally you already do
  • Ability to own an email/automation platform and build nurture flows
  • An AI First way of working, and a habit of grabbing new tools before anyone tells you
  • A self-starting streak - you initiate rather than wait
  • Is fluent in Dutch and English, written and spoken
  • Nice to have:
  • Proven paid results at scale or prior in-house paid ownership (ChatGPT Ads a plus)
  • Familiarity with the Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics world - our buyers live there
  • SQL or a BI tool (Looker, Power BI) for deeper self-serve analysis
  • Experience marketing a technical or considered-purchase B2B product
