DC Live - No Scenario Configured

Question

When I am on a record page, DC Live shows the message 'No Scenario Configured'.

Answer

There are two possible reasons for displaying this message in DC Live:

1 No Scenario Applied to DC Live

At the Scenarios tab in DC Setup, no scenarios are applied to 'DC Live'. Apply the desired scenario to DC Live.

2 No Scenario Applied to Record Type

At the Record Types tab in DC Setup, the scenario that is applied to DC Live, is not applied to the Record Type. Apply the desired scenario to the Record Type.
