Grant Access

It is recommended to first finish configuring Plauti Monitor, as described in Configuring Plauti Monitor, before granting your users access to the Monitor features.

After configuring Plauti Monitor and running your first jobs, grant access to the other users who need to work with it. Plauti Monitor uses two roles:

Plauti User: read-only access to Plauti Monitor, including the Monitor Library and job results. Users with this role cannot change configuration or run new Analysis Jobs.
Plauti Admin: full access to Plauti Monitor, including Entity configuration, Monitor Settings, and running Analysis Jobs.

Dynamics System Administrators have access to all Plauti Monitor settings and features, and do not need these roles.
