See where analysis results appear in Plauti Monitor, and how to read them.

Every Analysis Job produces a result for each Analysis Type that was applied. Plauti Monitor shows these results in several places: on the Monitor Job tab, where you see the results per job, and in the Monitor Library, where you see the results per object and field, and how they developed over time.

Analysis results are saved in the Monitor Library after you ran a Configured Job. Ad Hoc job results are not saved in the Monitor Library, but you can still open their results from the Monitor Job tab.

  • To learn in depth what each Analysis Type measures, and how to interpret its results, see The Analysis Types and the different Analysis Type articles there.
  • For the Data Quality Score, which is derived from the analysis results if you enabled it, see View Quality Scores.

Monitor Job tab

Job summary

The Job Overview on the Monitor Job tab lists your jobs, newest first. For each job you can view a result summary per Analysis Type. At a job, click Analysis Types. A table opens with the following columns:

  • Analysis Type: The names of the Analysis Types used in that job.
  • Result: The headline result of that Analysis Type, for example "85 Fields analyzed, 35.4% Average Fill Rate".
  • Number of Fields Selected: The number of fields selected for that Analysis Type.

Job Results

The Job Results page shows the full results of one job. At the Monitor Job tab, click View Results white View Results button at the job you want to review.

At the top of the page you see the job's details. Below that, each Analysis Type has its own card, with the Analysis Type name and its headline result. Click a card to expand it. An expanded card contains:

  • A description of the Analysis Type.
  • Charts that visualize the results.
  • A table with a result per field. You can sort the table by its columns, and tick or untick fields to display in the charts above.

Monitor Library

Analysis Summary

The Analysis Summary shows the latest result of each Analysis Type for one field. Each Analysis Type has its own card with the highlights of the result and the date and time it last ran.

In the Monitor Library, expand an object at left, and select a field. Open its Metadata tab to find the Analysis Summary

For more about this page, see Review a Field in the Monitor Library.

Analysis trends show how the result of each Analysis Type developed for a field.

In the Monitor Library, expand an object at left, and select a field. Open its Quality Trends tab and scroll down to the Analyses section.

Each Analysis Type has its own section with its latest result. Expand a section to see a trend chart of the result over time and the change since the last run.

To change the period shown, use the date range filters at the top of the Quality Trends tab: All time, This Year, This Month, This Week, or Custom.

For more about this page, see Review a Field in the Monitor Library.

Field Filter

Field Filter lists analyzed fields from all objects in one list. Use it to find fields across objects that meet a condition, for example all fields with a Fill Rate below 10.

  1. In the Monitor Library, in the left menu, click Field Filter.
  2. Select a list view, or click New List View to create one with your own filters.

For more information on how to set up Field Filters, see Field Filters in the Monitor Library.

In the Field Filter results, at Field Insights - Analysis Type, select an Analysis Type and a time period. Fold open the Field Insight with the down arrow white circle with blue chevron pointing down icon. The Field Insights graph shows the result of the selected analysis type for each of the fields in the filter over time. Each dot marks a run of the analysis; hover over it to see the exact run date and result.

Below, in the Fields table, all fields of the filter are displayed, showing their Object, Data Type, and their most recent result for each analysis they were included in.

If list view columns for analysis types are empty for a certain Object, it means that the Object was not yet analyzed with that analysis type. Have a Plauti Monitor Administrator run a Monitor Job via the Monitor Setup or Monitor Library page to analyze the Object.
