Updating Cloud for the June 22, 2026 release

Action Required for Salesforce users

To continue using Plauti Cloud in combination with Salesforce Orgs, some changes need to be made.

Because of Salesforce's security updates, some changes need to be made in Plauti Cloud and your Salesforce Orgs before you can continue using these apps after June 22, 2026. A managed package needs to be installed, and Connections need to be reconnected before you can run jobs again.

For connections with MS Dynamics environments no further action is required.

In Short

For connections with Salesforce orgs,

  • A new managed package needs to be installed in your Salesforce orgs
  • Existing Connections need to be reconnected
  • A one-time-password login via e-mail is now required for each user

All Users

Instead of logging in through Salesforce, logging in to Plauti Cloud is now done using your email address. Make sure to log in using the same email address that you use with your Salesforce production account!

  1. Go to https://cloud.plauti.com.
  2. Click Email Sign-in .
  3. Enter your Salesforce Production email address.
You will receive an 8-character code at that email address.
  4. Enter the code from the email in the pop-up and click Verify.
  5. If applicable, select your Salesforce account.

You are now logged in. Next time, use your Salesforce Production email address again.

Administrators

1. Install the Managed Package in each Org
A new Managed Package containing Plauti’s External Client Apps (ECA’s) needs to be installed in every org that you want to connect to. If this managed package is not installed, you will not be able to connect your org to Plauti Cloud.
If the managed package is not yet installed, you will see an error message stating “Managed App Not Installed - OAUT_EC_APP_NOT_FOUND” when connecting to a Salesforce Org.

  1. Install the managed app using the following link: https://<my-company-salesforce-homepage-url>/packaging/installPackage.apexp?p0=04tIV000000Ja6DYAS replacing <my-company-salesforce-homepage-url> with your Salesforce Org's URL is.
    Alternatively, use
    https://login.salesforce.com/packaging/installPackage.apexp?p0=04tIV000000Ja6DYAS
and log in using your Salesforce Org's login data.
  2. On the install page, decide who gets access to the app: Admin, All Users, or Specific Profiles. All users who should be able to create Connections, or who already have created Connections in Plauti Cloud, should have access to the managed app.
  3. Select “I acknowledge that I'm installing a Non-Salesforce Application that is not authorized for distribution as part of Salesforce's AppExchange Partner Program.”
The “not authorized” warning is expected. We are actively working with the Salesforce security team to have the external client app fully authorized. Despite the warning, it is safe to proceed with the installation.
