I have some jobs listed on the Deduplicate Job Overview page where their status keeps saying “Holding”. How can these jobs be started?
Answer:
If you have a job that was set to run on Plauti Desktop/Serveror Plauti Cloud
, and its status stays at "Holding", this most likely means that the job wasn't started locally yet.
Open your Plauti Desktop or Server app, or log in to your Plauti Cloud team; find the job in the job list there, and click Start Job.
In the case of "Holding" jobs set to run within Salesforce: your Salesforce org might be at its maximum amount of running apex jobs. As soon as a slot opens up, Deduplicate Job will start your job.
