Plauti Agentforce (PAF) is an Agentforce app, featuring preconfigured Salesforce Agentforce Agents to use in combination with Plauti solutions such as Plauti Verify.
The agents come equipped with predefined instructions. Since they are delivered as a template, you can clone and customize them to fit your specific use cases.
Plauti Agentforce will be available for download on Salesforce’s AgentExchange soon. Its first iteration will include only the Plauti Verify Agent, for email and phone validation (no address validation yet), but more agents will be added in the future.
Salesforce Agentforce
A Salesforce Agentforce Agent is an AI-powered digital assistant within the Salesforce platform, designed to help automate, streamline, and support user activities within Salesforce. Agentforce Agents can interact with users via chat or voice, interpret requests, retrieve or update data, and execute routine tasks. They assist with case management, data entry, customer inquiries, scheduling, workflow automation, and more. Agentforce Agents adapt and learn from interactions, continually optimizing their effectiveness.

Plauti Agentforce
Plauti Agentforce Agents are predefined Salesforce AI Agent templates, designed to integrate the features of Plauti's native solutions such as Plauti Verify.
Each Plauti Agentforce Agent consists of the following:
- A Topic, containing:
- Classification Description
- Scope
- Instructions
- Actions, containing:
- Apex Class and/or a (Template) Flow
- Instructions
- Loading Text
- Inputs
- Output
For example, for Plauti Verify, Plauti Agentforce provides out-of-the-box actions for email and phone validation that can be easily invoked during your prompts. When your Agent interacts with external users, such as leads and customers, it can instantly validate the phone numbers or email addresses they provide.
