Assignee Summary

The Assignee Summary tab is your go-to hub for efficiently managing assignees, grouped by MatchGroup and Users. It provides a centralized view of all your Assignees and their key configurations, including Working Hours.

 

Viewing the Assignee Summary

The Assignee Summary is located in Plauti Assign, on the Assignee Summary tab in the top Nav bar.

  • For an overview of all Assignees per Match Group, click the By Match Group subtab (opened by default). 
    Fold open a Match Group to see its Assignees and their details.
  • For an overview of all Assignees per User, click the By User subtab. Fold open a User to see their Assignee details for each Match Group. 
  • Use the Filter fields at the top to quickly locate a specific Match Group or User.
    For Match Groups:
    - In the Filter by Match Group Name search box, enter (part of) a Match Group name to quickly find a certain Match Group.
    - In the Filter by Assigned Object search box, enter an Object type to display all Match Groups for that Object.
    For Users:
    - In the Filter by User Name search box, enter (the first part of) a first or last name, or (part of) an email address, to quickly find a certain User.

For each Assignee you can review their current status, such as whether they're active or not, their current availability (Assignable, Out of Office, Calendar Busy, Out of Hours, or Unlicensed), their current Working Hours schedule, and which hours are set for that schedule. Hours displayed in red mean that the Assignee is not available for assignment that day.

Editing Assignee details

  • Toggle Active to activate or deactivate an Assignee. 
    To (de)activate all Assignees of a User with one click, use the (De)activate user in all match groups action menu option on the ‘By User’ subtab.
  • In the Schedule column, select a different Working Hour schedule if the Assignee has multiple schedules and is changing hours.  
    If identical or related schedules of Assignees (belonging to one User) have the same names, switching schedules in one Match Group will switch them in other Match Groups as well. Read more in Assign Within Business Hours Only.
  • In the same ‘Schedule’ menu, click Edit active working hours schedule to edit the hours of the current schedule.
    Creating a new Working Hours schedule is done on the Assignee record. Read more in Assign Within Business Hours Only.
  • Click Refresh at top right if you don't see change results right away.

On subtab ‘By Match Group’

  • When a Match Group has two or more Assignees with a Working Hours schedule, click Bulk edit all working hours for match group in the action menu at the right to edit all active working hour schedules in one go. Assignees without a Working Hours schedule are not affected.

  • Click on an Assignee Name to open the Assignee record, for example to add a new Working Hours schedule.

On subtab ‘By User’

  • In the action menu at the right of a User, click (De)activate user in all match groups to activate or deactivate all Assignees of a User with one click.
  • When a User has two or more Assignees with a Working Hours schedule, click Bulk edit all working hours for user in the action menu at the right to edit all active working hour schedules in one go. Assignees without a Working Hours schedule are not affected.
