The Assign Setup page and its settings

This article explains the different settings on the Assign Setup page.
To quickly get started with setting up Plauti Assign, see the Quick Setup Guide.

 

On the Assign Setup tab you'll find all settings needed to configure the Plauti Assign processes, such as the Match Groups with their Assignee records, Capacity Models etc; but also the different settings for the app itself, such as the general Settings, Maintenance tools, and more.

At the moment some settings are still located at the old ‘Setup and Status’ tab, but soon all settings will be located at Assign Setup.

Accessing Assign Setup

To go to the Assign Setup page:

  1. In the App Launcher, find and open Plauti Assign.
  2. In the Navigation bar, click the Assign Setup tab.

Don't see the Assign Setup tab? Edit your Navigation Bar to add it or move it into view. 

The Assign Setup Settings

At left, you see the Assign Setup settings for configuring the Plauti Assign processes: 

Match Groups Find the Match Groups here, as well as their Assignee records and Assignee Rules. Match Groups define which records are assigned to which Assignees. Read more in Match Groups.
Capacity Models Capacity Models determine the maximum number of records assigned, based on certain criteria. Read more in Capacity Models.
Service Level Agreements SLAs keep track of whether records are processed in time or not. They can also trigger reassignment if needed. Read more in Service Level Agreements (SLA).
User Skills User Skills are used for skill-based routing, ensuring records are handled by those best equipped for the job. Read more in Skill-based Routing.

The App Setup Settings

Below the Assign Setup settings you find the App Setup settings, to manage the Plauti Assign app itself.

Settings A number of settings for configuring the Plauti Assign app. Read more in App Settings.
Object Configuration Enable or disable Plauti Assign for the default objects. Read more in Enable or disable Assign for default Objects.
Jobs & Maintenance Tools for setting up and maintaining Plauti Assign. read more in Jobs & Maintenance.
Pause Assignment Temporarily pause record assignment for all Match Groups in one go. Read more in Pause Assignment.
