By default, Plauti Assign is enabled for the Lead, Account, Contact, Opportunity, Task, and Case objects. If you're not using PA for some of these Objects, toggle them off so you don't use more of your Org's resources than necessary.
To disable or re-enable Plauti Assign for one of those default Objects:
- Open Plauti Assign (PA) via the App Launcher.
- In PA, go to tab Assign Setup.
- At left, click Object Configuration.
- In the ‘Objects’ section, at right, click Configure
. - Toggle the Lead, Account, Contact, Opportunity, Task, or Case objects to enable or disable processing by Plauti Assign for these objects.
Then click Apply

After disabling Plauti Assign for a certain object, don't forget to remove the Use Plauti Assign field or Action button from that object's page layout if you had it enabled, to avoid confusion with your users. Enable PA for other objects
To enable Plauti Assign for other standard or custom objects than the default objects listed above, you need to add a couple of fields and a trigger to the object. See Enable Assign for other standard or custom objects for the details on how to do this. Optionally, add the Use Plauti Assign picklist or button to the object's page layout.
