Configure the different Plauti Verify options and tailor the app to your specific needs.

To access Verify Setup:

  1. In the App Launcher, open Plauti Verify.
  2. In Plauti Verify, go to tab Verify Setup.

Home

The Verify Setup page opens on Home. Here you find information about your Verify use, such as the number of validations configured for each app, and your transactions and credits.

Settings

Configure your app-wide settings in Settings, such as the default country for validation, maximum number of records per API call, address line delimiter, data validation server region, and more.

Learn more about the different settings in General Settings‍.

Object Configuration

Object-specific settings can be configured in Object Configuration. Edit existing Object configurations by clicking Configure at the object line, and add new Objects to validate records for by clicking Add Object. Define which fields should be validated for each Object, and specify if certain fields should be validated before a record can be saved.

License

On the Plauti Verify License page, find detailed information about your current subscription and credits, which features are available for you, how many credits each type of validation costs, and more.

Auto Process

The Auto Process feature lets you automatically validate a batch of records based on settings defined by you. Here you can configure scenarios to determine what Plauti Verify should do for each validation status it may encounter.

Country/State Codes

The Country/State Codes setting has a different use depending on whether you have Country/State Picklists enabled in your Salesforce org or not. You can either map PV country and state codes with those registered in Salesforce, or you can define your own country and state labels.

Transactions

On the Transactions page, review a detailed audit of recent validations, their status, how many credits the validation cost, who ran the validation, and more.
