Set Plauti Assign settings via Assign Setup
This article is intended to provide information if you stumbled upon these settings in Salesforce Setup. It is strongly recommended to edit these settings in Plauti Assign instead, via Assign Setup > Settings, and Object Configuration.
In the Salesforce Setup, in Custom Metadata Types, you'll find three Types for Plauti Assign. Below it is explained in short what these settings are for. Please change these settings in Plauti Assign, not here.
Assign Queue Processor Batch Size
API name: leadassist__SRR_Queue_Processor_Batch_Size__mtd
Find the current batch size for attempting to assign Queued records. The batch size is the number of queued records that will be processed within a single transaction.
Configure this setting via the Plauti Assign app: Assign Setup > Settings > Batch Size.

Plauti Assign Object
API name: leadassist__SRR_Object__mdt
See which of the default Objects supported by Plauti Assign are currently enabled for having records assigned.
Configure the Objects via the Plauti Assign app: Assign Setup > Object Configuration.

Plauti Assign Optional Parameters
API name: leadassist__SRR_Options__mdt
The Optional Parameters contain some additional settings to improve your Plauti Assign setup. View the current values here; configure these setting via the Plauti Assign app > Assign Setup > Settings.
Advanced Telemetry
Also known as ‘Plauti Analytics’. This setting is used to help Plauti improve its products & services by sharing anonymized analytics. The analytics are fully anonymized and cannot be traced back to you. No user or record data is retrieved.
Configure this setting via the Plauti Assign app: Assign Setup > Settings > Advanced Telemetry
Apex Plugin Class Name
Used for operational mode ‘Plugin’. For that operational mode you can create an Apex Class that contains your own matching and assigning logic. The name of that class is listed here.

API Name for Desktop Notification
To send Salesforce in-app and push notifications for desktop, you need to create a custom notification. The API name of that custom notification is listed here.

API Name for Mobile Notification
To send Salesforce in-app and push notifications for mobile, you need to create a custom notification. The API name of that custom notification is listed here.

Error Email
The email address where error notifications should be sent to.
Configure this setting via the Plauti Assign app: Assign Setup > Settings > Error Email Notification Address
Order By Date for processing QUEUED (queuedRecordOrderByDate) is deprecated and should not be used anymore. Use ‘Queued Record Sort Order’ instead.
OrgWideEmailAddressID
You can set an organization-wide email address as the sender of email notifications sent from Plauti Assign. The Salesforce ID of such an email address is listed here.

Queued Record Sort Order
Queued records are ordered for processing based on the CreatedDate. ASC stands for ‘Ascending order’, DESC for ‘Descending order’.
Configure this setting via the Plauti Assign app: Assign Setup > Settings > Sort Order for Queued Records
Turn Off Async Processes
If you are getting close to your 24-hour Asynchronous Processes Limit, you can turn some processes off. If this setting's value states ‘TRUE’, they have been turned off.
