Object Settings

Configure Object-specific settings on tab Settings of an Object.

The Settings tab in an object's configuration holds settings that apply to that object only.
Settings that apply to all of Plauti Monitor are located on the Settings page in the Monitor Setup left menu.

Accessing Object Settings

  1. In Plauti Monitor, go to Monitor Setup > Object Configuration.
  2. Click Configure next to the object you want to change settings for.
  3. In the Object's tab row, open the Settings tab.
    The object's Settings page opens.
  4. Click Configure to make changes.

Score Storage

Quality Scores are calculated per record. Score Storage determines where Plauti Monitor saves the score of each record of the object.

  • Separate object (recommended). This is the default. Scores are stored in a dedicated scoring object, so your own records are not updated when scores are calculated.
  • On the record. Scores are stored on the records themselves. This option is available for Account, Contact, Lead, and Opportunity only. Other objects always use the separate scoring object.

Storing scores on the record updates every scored record on each Configured Analysis job run. This changes the Last Modified date of those records, which can trigger automations, flows, and integrations that watch that date. Use 'On the record' only if you need the score as a field on the record, for example in list views, reports, or page layouts.
