Deduplicate Job - Job stays at Holding - Plauti Cloud

Question:

I have some jobs listed on the Deduplicate Job Overview page where their status keeps saying “Holding”. How can these jobs be started?

Answer:

If you have a job in the Deduplicate Job Overview page that was set to run on Plauti Cloud, and its status stays at "Holding", this most likely means that the job wasn't started locally yet.
Log in to your Plauti Cloud team; find the job in the job list there, and click Start Job.

If the job displays the Plauti Desktop/Servericon instead, it was set to run there. Open Plauti Desktop or Server and start the the job there, or start the job again but set it to run on Plauti Cloudinstead.

In the case of "Holding" jobs set to run within Salesforce: your Salesforce org might be at its maximum amount of running apex jobs. As soon as a slot opens up, Deduplicate Job will start your job.
