Upgrading to Version 11.27 of Plauti Assign

Versions 11.22~11.27 of Plauti Assign (previously known as Super Round Robin) introduce a number of new features. Have a look at the Release Notes and find out what's new! 

To be able to use these new features, don't forget to follow the post-update instructions below.

 

Updating from Version 10 or earlier

If you are currently on version 10 or earlier:

  1. First install the version 10.57.1 pre-install patch as described in step 1 of Upgrading to Version 11 of SuperRoundRobin 
  2. Deactivate the validation rule as described in step 2 of Upgrading to Version 11 of SuperRoundRobin 
  3. Follow the post-update instructions for each major update inbetween if you came from a version older than version 10, see Updating SRR
  4. Then proceed with installing 11.27 as described below.

Updating from Version 11 or up

If you are currently on version 11.0 or up: 
First, install version 11.27 as explained below. Then follow the post-update instructions.

Install Version 11.27

  1. Go to the Super Round Robin AppExchange Page and click Get It Now .
  2. Follow the AppExchange install instructions; install for Admins only.
  3. When install has completed, continue with the post-upgrade instructions below.

Post-update Instructions

  • If you are updating from 11.19 or earlier, start with following all Post-update Instructions in
    Upgrading to Version 11.20 of Plauti Assign. These should not be skipped!!
     
  • After that, or if your previous version was 11.20 to 11.26, there are no other post-update instructions for version 11.27.

Update automatically?

These update instructions only apply to those customers who are using older versions of Plauti Assign. Users of version 11.20 or up will get updated automatically without the need for post-update actions; first their Sandbox Orgs, to test new features and fixed bugs, and two weeks later Production.

 

Permissions Updates

If you are not using the SRR Admin permission set, some changes need to be made to the permission sets or profiles of your users that should have administrative access to Plauti Assign.

If you are not using the SRR Admin permission set, add the following items to the applicable profiles or permission sets:
