Grant login access to Plauti Support

We probably asked you to grant us login access to investigate your support case. In this article, we will show you how to grant external access to the Plauti Support Team.


1 Grant login access
1.1 Click your profile image, then click 'Settings'.
1.2 On the left, under 'My Personal Information', click 'Grant Account Login Access'.
1.3 Make sure to grant access to Plauti Support for at least a few days, so we have sufficient time to investigate your case.


2 Inform our Support Team of your Org ID
2.1 Find your Org ID in Salesforce.
2.2 Inform Support that you have granted access and send along your Org ID.
