DC Export does nothing

When I click Export Results > Export via DC Local on the DC Job page, nothing happens.


This can have multiple causes.

  1. To use DC Export, you need to have DC Local installed. See Duplicate Check Local General Information‍ for information on how to do this.
  2. If you do have DC Local installed, you need to make sure you are logged in to DC Local with the credentials of the ORG that you want to do the export from. Check the ORG address in the DC Local header, or log out of DC Local and back in to make sure you are logged in correctly.
  3. If you are logged in with the correct credentials, you might just need to refresh the DC Local view. In DC Local, next to Available Jobs, click the Refresh button. The Export Results line will appear. Click Select to continue exporting.
