Version 1.8.0.3, 2025 R11, July 2025

This new release of Plauti Deduplicate introduces two new apps, Plauti Desktop and Plauti Server, to replace DC Local and DC Local Server. Furthermore, a number of new features have been added, such as Duplicate Detection for API Inserts, and a new Matching Method. Read more in the Release Notes. 

Updating from 1.4.0.5 or earlier

If you are updating from version 1.4.0.5 (release R7.2, January 2025) or earlier:

1. Install version 1.8.0.3.
2. Follow the update instructions for version 1.5.0.2 as described in Updating to version 1.5.0.2, 2025 R8.
   This is important! Without this step the deduplication features will not work correctly.
3. After finishing the update instructions for version 1.5.0.2, continue from step 2. below.

Updating from 1.5.0.21.7.0.5

If you are updating from one of the versions 1.5.0.2 to 1.7.0.5 (releases R8, February 2025 to R10, June 2025) :

1. Install version 1.8.0.3.
2. After installing, in the Plauti Deduplicate app, go to Manage Entities at left.
   For each entity:
3. Click Manage.
4. If, at the bottom of the page, you see a message about an unpublished draft version, check your settings, in particular on tab Feature Activation & Setup. Then click Publish Now.
5. Repeat for all entities.

Replacing DC Local or DC Local Server with Plauti Desktop and Plauti Server

If you are currently processing Deduplicate jobs via DC Local or DC Local server, replace these apps with the new Plauti Desktop or Plauti Server apps when these are released (expected release date: beginning of August). You will be notified in DC Local about this as well.
