DC Job - Cannot create DC Job

Problem:

When I click Start to create and start a DC Job, I get an error message:
“Could not create the job, please try again. – CREATEJOB”

Answer:

There can be several causes for this, but usually this indicates that there is insufficient storage space left to run the job. Try freeing up storage space and try again.
