As an SDR at Plauti, your main goal is to convert inbound leads into qualified sales calls for our Account Executives. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers — identifying their needs, sparking interest, and setting the stage for meaningful conversations.

We’re looking for someone who thrives under pressure, thinks creatively, and is confident initiating relaxed but engaging two-way conversations with prospects. You should be self-motivated, proactive, and able to tailor your outreach based on the specific needs of each company.

What the role involves

In this dynamic position, you play a crucial role in our sales process. Your main objective is to follow up inbound leads, multi thread and persuade these prospects for a (discovery) call with the account executive team.

Since the majority of our market potential is US based, it’s important that you are flexible in terms of working hours to serve our prospects in the Central timezone (CT).

  • Proactively generate discovery calls for the sales team by qualifying and following up on inbound leads in a timely and structured way;
  • Engage with prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn — with a focus on clear communication, professionalism, and attention to detail;
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly activity targets (calls, emails, connections) to support overall revenue goals in your assigned territory;
  • Create and execute well-structured outreach plans, including personalized call scripts and email sequences tailored to your audience;
  • Accurately track all lead qualification and engagement activities in Salesforce and Apollo to ensure full pipeline visibility and data integrity;
  • Gain a strong understanding of our product and market so you can confidently articulate our value proposition and handle common objections;
  • Conduct research on target accounts, identify key stakeholders, and build interest through thoughtful, strategic outreach — with the goal of opening up qualified sales opportunities.
