We are looking for talented full-stack developers for our location in downtown Lisbon (Saldanha area). Plauti builds data management software for the Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 platforms that is used by organizations like Sony, EF Education First, Stanford University, Greenpeace and the United Nations. Plauti is growing fast, with currently around 50 employees, and expanding to new ecosystems and locations. This job opening is for the MS Dynamics dev team, so some .NET experience is required, as well as familiarity with modern front-end frameworks like Vue. Ideally you are ready for the 2nd step in your career, or have a very good theoretical foundation coupled with relevant internships and side-projects. Plauti makes native data quality software for organizations using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce platforms. In short: we help organizations to provide a better customer experience, be more efficient and cooperate better. We're almost 10 years old but still with a young and hands-on vibe. The development team is part of the bigger Product team, also consisting of the Quality Assurance and Product Management teams. Our CEO is also the lead of the Product Team.

About your team

We work in small teams (3-5 devs, 1-2 QA, 1 technical documentation). We set the goals for each release together with our colleagues from Product Management and QA and work via the kanban method. Being full-stack is important because we aim to finish fully working pieces of functionality that are independent of other work. You will have 1:1 coaching sessions with the Software Engineering manager and get and provide feedback from/to your colleagues through code reviews and pair programming. To get to know your colleagues in the Netherlands better, this role requires a few trips to the Netherlands each year.

It's a hybrid role where we expect you to join everyone at the office a few times per week. Thursday is an office day because we have a drink at the roof terrace after work. We value a good work-life balance, so there is also time for a little talk or walk.

What we expect

  • Experience with VueJS or similar front-end frameworks
  • Command of Typescript/Javascript
  • You're comfortable working with .NET or other back-end languages
  • You are aware of the latest developments in your development stack
  • You are motivated to complete releases together with the team successfully
  • You are deeply self-motivated with the ability to work independently, coordinating activities across locations
  • Good grasp of English, both written and spoken
