Partner Manager Microsoft Ecosystem
Plauti is seeking an experienced Partner Manager to build and scale our Microsoft channel, with a primary focus on recruiting and enabling 15–20 new reselling partners active in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE). The ideal candidate is US-based, has a strong, current network within the Microsoft Business Applications ecosystem, and a proven track record of driving partner-sourced revenue.
At Plauti (HQ in the Netherlands & Portugal), we build native data quality software for Salesforce & Microsoft Dynamics 365. What started in 2011 as a sole duplicate-check app has grown into a global data management leader. Today, our customers are primarily Salesforce users — organizations like SONY, Nike, Disney, and Harvard University — and our global customer base now exceeds +2,000 companies who rely on our solutions to ensure their data quality at scale.
Now we’re preparing for our next chapter: bringing the same value to the Microsoft community. To do this, we’re creating a Partner Manager role in the US that doesn’t come with a playbook — because the playbook doesn’t exist yet. Instead, the opportunity is to write it.

Partner Manager Microsoft Ecosystem
As Plauti’s Partner Manager for the Microsoft Ecosystem, you’ll play a key role in expanding our reach within the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) community. This is a hands-on, strategic role where you’ll build and scale partnerships that drive real business growth.
You’ll be responsible for shaping our partner landscape — from identifying and signing new Dynamics 365 resellers, to onboarding, enabling, and empowering them for long-term success. Together with Microsoft field teams, you’ll develop joint go-to-market strategies, co-selling motions, and enablement programs that make a measurable impact.
This role combines strategic vision and operational execution — you’ll create scalable enablement assets, track partner performance, and ensure alignment across teams and programs. It’s a unique opportunity to build something from the ground up and help Plauti strengthen its footprint in the global Microsoft ecosystem.

What we expect
- 5+ years of partner/channel management experience within the Microsoft ecosystem, with emphasis on Dynamics 365 CE.
- Strong network and active relationships across Microsoft field and partner communities (PDMs, CSPs, SIs/VARs/ISVs) in the US.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft partner programs and tools, including MCPP, Co-sell Ready, Partner Center, AppSource, CSP, and marketplace incentives.
- Excellent skills in sales enablement, negotiation, and stakeholder management; data-driven operator with strong CRM discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills;
