Customer Success Manager Enterprise
We are looking for a talented Customer Success Manager Enterprise for our location in downtown Arnhem. Plauti builds data management software for the Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 platforms that is used by organizations like Sony, EF Education First, Stanford University and the United Nations. Plauti is growing fast, with currently around 50 employees, and expanding to new ecosystems and locations.
This job opening is for the 'Customer Success' team. This team helps our customers get the most value out of our solutions and guides them during onboarding, configuration, and regular check-ins. You will be working individually with your own group of customers as well as working on projects that improve the value that we deliver at scale (for example, improving the onboarding flow and content, designing courses, etc.). Your work will both contain relationship management and (technical) product onboarding and troubleshooting elements.
This role is specifically focussed on providing and proving value, not on the commercial aspects. Our Account Managers assist us for the commercial part.

The customer success team works closely with support, account management and development teams and reports to the Manager of Customer Success & Support.

About your team
Our success team consists of 5 colleagues (including the manager). You have a lot of freedom on how you organize your work. The team is located in Arnhem, the Netherlands.
It's a hybrid role where we expect you to join everyone at the office a few times per week, however we see that most team members come more days just because the atmosphere is so good. We value a good work-life balance, so there is also time for a little talk or a video game in our game room.
What we expect
- Experience in building relations on enterprise level (incl. VP/director level)
- Willingness to meet customers in different time zones (sometimes evenings or early mornings are required)
- Technical savvy, you're a fast learner in complex software environments (coding/scripting knowledge is a plus)
- You are deeply self-motivated with the ability to work independently, coordinating activities across lots of customers
- Good grasp of English, both written and spoken
