ARNHEM, the Netherlands - Plauti, which builds data quality software for teams running Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, announced a new company-wide positioning and a redesigned website. The change brings together what were previously eight standalone applications into a single platform, organized around one continuous data lifecycle: Monitor, Clean, Prevent, and Act.
The shift comes as CRM teams move AI from pilots into daily operations. AI agents and assistants in Salesforce and Dynamics 365 CE draw directly on CRM records to answer questions, route leads, and take action. When those records are duplicated, outdated, or incomplete, the AI works from the same flawed picture.
Many organizations are not prepared for that. According to a Gartner survey, 63% of organizations either do not have or are unsure of they have the right data management practices for AI. Gartner predicts that through 2026, organizations will abandon 60% of AI projects unsupported by AI-ready data.
For years, customers approached Plauti's tools one at a time, picking whichever app addressed the data problem in front of them. The new structure reflects how that work actually happens in practice: as an ongoing cycle rather than a set of separate purchases:
- Monitor gives teams ongoing visibility into data quality across their CRM, so they know where their data stands before AI and automation depend on it.
- Clean addresses existing errors and duplicates.
- Prevent stops bad data from entering in the first place.
- Act puts clean, reliable data to work in automated processes and in the AI tools that now run on CRM data.

Data quality isn’t a one-off project anymore
For years, our customers came to Plauti to solve one data problem at a time. Now that AI is acting on CRM data, data quality can’t be a one-off project anymore. Monitor, Clean, Prevent, and Act gives teams one ongoing cycle: see where their data stands, fix it, and keep it ready.
