Advanced search

Use fine-grained criteria for finding duplicates, records that should be consolidated, unstandardized records and unvalidated records. Find records based on (partial) exact comparison methods or use our more fine-grained Fuzzy Matching logic and ignore frequent words. Apply your scenarios to all standard and custom Salesforce objects, within a single object or across objects, standard and custom fields. Save runtime on your search and set up a filter so only a subset of your Salesforce is being run. Combine results from different search jobs on one page for easy and quick consolidation, deduplication, standardization and validation.

Advanced cleaning

When consolidating or deduplicating, set the master record on 'modified' or 'created at' dates or set rules at the field level to determine the master record. Specify how data in specific fields should be treated when consolidating or deduplicating. Manually merge or convert up to 15 records at once. Flag false-positive duplicates from your results list so they no longer show up as duplicates. Easily select the fields you like to validate and standardize.

Ask ChatGPT

"AskChatGPT" opens up a new world of possibilities. With this feature, you can implement prompts into any Salesforce process or flow. Use "Ask ChatGPT" to gather information about a company in your database and populate it's findings in the description field. Or, use it to assign cases to a department in your organization based on the description field. These actions can be performed manually for a single record, or automated to handle multiple records at a time.

Mass actions

Save time and increase productivity with mass actions such as updating, deleting, assigning tasks, converting, and assigning ownership. Find the records you need within seconds by using the extensive filters and adjust any number of records by running a batch job.

Automatically match incoming data via web-to-lead, via import or via integrations with existing data and automatically generate a report. Schedule single and recurring searches to run at your own prefered interval and time to generate data quality reports.

Automated cleaning

Instead of taking hours to manually clean records, use automated cleaning without any user intervention. Automatically consolidate or deduplicate records that enter your Salesforce without any user interaction. Decide the threshold level and automatically keep your Salesforce duplicate free and unified. Or semi-automatically clean records by batch consolidating, -deduplicating, -formatting and validating scheduled searches or subsets of records.

Manual insert and update prevention

End-users receive alerts and suggestions when inserting or updating a record in Salesforce. They are alerted of possible duplicates and they get a list of suggestions for an address and email address while typing. Phone numbers are automatically standardized in the desired format and country codes or area codes are automatically added.

Live prevention

End-users receive alerts and suggestions when they are viewing an existing record in Salesforce. A lightning component alerts users of possible duplicate records and optionally allows them to consolidate the records or set them to be reviewed by a data steward. A similar component alerts users of invalid addresses, phone numbers and email addresses and allows them to validate and standardize this data.

Share results

If you only want users to be able to identify bad data, you can allow them to send the records for review to the Salesforce administrator.

Share search results

Share bad data results as a Salesforce task, email or URL with colleagues to have them verify and clean the data.

Get detailed information about the quality of your data and the ROI of your correction and prevention efforts. What percentage of your data is incorrect? Why is it incorrect? How much progress has there been in correcting data over the last few months? A central dashboard allows for these insights which can be shared fast and easy with the rest of your team.

Processing of large data volumes (LDV)

When working with large data volumes, Salesforce processing power may not cut it. Speed up searches and processing by leveraging the power of your machine or own servers.

Enterprise level implementation & support

A PDM installer enables an easy and fast implementation within your Salesforce org. Dedicated expert sessions make sure PDM is configured to fit your business logic and a dedicated customer success manager makes sure your team is enabled to use PDM via a taylored onboarding program. A customized SLA assures agility with a specified response and resolution time via a dedicated support channel. Proactive health checks make sure PDM stays aligned with your needs.

Apex Plugins

Trigger your code on specific PDM events. Extend PDM by running your own Apex code whenever a specific action executes in PDM. Among the many possibilities is implementing your own merge logic, execute custom code to update external systems or implement a custom process when a unique, or duplicate record is inserted for example.

Apex API

Leverage PDM functionality in Salesforce with our Apex API.

Flow Actions

Integrate PDM functionality in your into your manual data entry processes. Your users do not need to learn new actions or external tools, they keep following their current workflows but now with a PDM functionality included.

Integrate PDM with external systems using any programming language. Find, correct and prevent bad in Salesforce that is created by external systems. Via the REST API some PDM functionality can be used outside of Salesforce as well.

SFDX Plugins

Ensure your different development environments contain the correct version of PDM without manually installing and configuring it for every environment. Install PDM, import and export configurations, link your sandboxes to your production license, and refresh the license all from the SFDX CLI.

Enterprise Release Schedule

No surprises. PDM has a release schedule of 6 minor releases per year at fixed intervals. A sandbox release in the first week and a production release two weeks later. In addition to minor releases, PDM may have patch releases to fix issues that need immediate attention. Subscribe to our release mails for all the latest information.
